But if people’s response to this time capsule home in Springfield, New Jersey is any indication, that’s far from true. Built in 1963, the home was one of the most popular real estate listings on the internet last week and got several offers before an open house even took place.

According to the listing agent, Lucas Wolf, many people who did get a peek in person said it was the coolest home they’ve even been inside. Which is a surprise, since this four bedroom and two and a half bath split-level home is relatively tame from the outside (with the exception of the pink garage doors).

Everything from the walls to the front door to the stairs is covered in avocado green.
